Your child has been identified as a student who would greatly benefit from our Saturday Camp S.O.A.R..
These classes are designed to help your child increase performance in the areas of Reading, Writing, Math
and /or Science. The Saturday Camp S.O.A.R. will run from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Please plan to drop your
child off at 8:00 a.m. and pick them up at the front of the school promptly at 11:30 a.m. Below are the dates
for our Saturday Cowboy Camp

These classes will begin February 2, , 2019 and end May 11, 2019. Classes will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Your child will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. in the front of the school. Please complete the bottom half of this form and
return it to your child’s teacher by January 16, 2019. Keep the top half for your records.
