RESUMEN

El método estándar externo, consiste en inyectar en el equipo volúmenes

constantes de disoluciones de concentraciones conocidas y crecientes del
compuesto que se pretende cuantificar. Para la realización de esta práctica su
tuvo como objetivo implementar los ensayos fisicoquímicos a una tableta de
acetaminofén de acuerdo a los criterios farmacopeicos. Para la realización de esta
práctica fue necesario se preparó una solución estándar equivalente a 25mg de
estándar secundario de acetaminofén llevándolo a un volumen en un matraz de
25mL, se disolvió y se llevó a el ultrasonido por 5 minuto, luego se aforo hasta el
volumen final. Seguidamente se tomó una alícuota de 1mL de la solución se llevó
aun matraz de 100mL y se llevó a el espectrofotómetro. Posteriormente se preparó
la solución muestra a partir de 10 tabletas de acetaminofén previamente trituradas,
seguidamente se preparó la solución stock, se tomó una alícuota y se leyó la
absorbancia en el espectrofotómetro.

ABSTRACT
The external standard method consists of injecting into the equipment constant
volumes of solutions of known and increasing concentrations of the compound to
be quantified. In order to carry out this practice, its objective was to implement
physico-chemical tests on an acetaminophen tablet according to pharmacopoeial
criteria. To carry out this practice it was necessary to prepare a standard solution
equivalent to 25mg of acetaminophen secondary standard, taking it to a volume in
a 25mL flask, it was dissolved and taken to the ultrasound for 5 minutes, then
gaining to the final volume . An aliquot of 1mL of the solution was then taken and a
100mL flask was taken and taken to the spectrophotometer. Subsequently, the
sample solution was prepared from 10 previously crushed acetaminophen tablets,
then the stock solution was prepared, an aliquot was taken and the absorbance
was read in the spectrophotometer.
