Agua de Chaya
La chaya es una planta que se encuentra por todos lados en Yucatán y que sirve
para todo, desde unos tradicionales tamales de chaya con queso hasta unos
deliciosos huevos revueltos. El agua de chaya es fresca y su sabor único te va a

Horchata de Coco
La horchata de arroz es una de las bebidas más tradicionales en Yucatán y,
aunque se prepara en otros lugares, nosotros le ponemos un toque extra con coco.
Es una bebida fresca, dulce y deliciosa que te va a sacar la sed instantáneamente.
Xtabentun
El Xtabentún es un licor cien por ciento yucateco, cuyo ingrediente principal es
la miel producida por abejas que se han alimentado de la flor que lleva ese
mismo nombre. Su sabor único está haciendo que se vuelva cada vez más
popular, tanto que muchos de nuestros visitantes terminan llevándose una
botellita a casa.
Licor de Henequén
Elaborado a partir del henequén (nuestra planta emblemática) este licor es muy
parecido al mezcal pero con un sabor que sólo puedes encontrar en esta tierra…

Agua de Lima
Aunque la lima puede encontrarse en muchos lugares, el particular y muy
refrescante sabor del agua de lima yucateca es único y es nuestra mejor defensa
contra los días de calor.

The traditional Yucatecan gastronomy comes basically from the Hispanic and
the Mayan culture.
Some typical ingredients of Yucatecan gastronomy are: pumpkin seed,
oregano, purple onion, sour orange, chile dulce, lime, achiote, xcatik, habanero
and cilantro
Fish with tikinxic is eaten in Yucatan.
