grupo de personas, normalmente durante un tiempo determinado, con el objeto de obtener
un rescate

Modalidades de secuestro

El secuestro simple es el caso de arrebatar, sustraer retener u ocultar a una persona, pero con
fines o propósitos diferentes a la exigencia de un rescate.

El secuestro exprés se puede definir como la retención de una o más personas por un período
corto de tiempo (horas o días), durante el cual, los delincuentes exigen dinero a los familiares
