Contrato de Ejecución de Obra N° 016-2016-MPC/CS, suscrita con la Municipalidad
Provincial de Cangallo, perteneciente al departamento de Ayacucho,

CERTIFICA:

Que, el señor WILLIAM PABLO QUINO QUISPE, identificado con DNI N° 70076771,
estudiante de la Escuela Profesional de Ingeniería Civil de la UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL
DE SAN CRISTOBAL DE HUAMANGA, y código universitario N° 16105048, ha
realizado sus Prácticas Pre Profesionales en el cargo de APOYO TECNICO, desde el 16
de Enero hasta el 19 de Mayo de 2017, en la ejecución de la obra denominada
“INSTALACION DE LOS SERVICIOS DE PROTECCION EN EL SECTOR
MICROCUENCAS MACRO, TENERIA, CCECCACUCHO Y CCHECCTAHUAYCCO,
DISTRITO DE CANGALLO, PROVINCIA DE CANGALLO – AYACUCHO, I ETAPA”,
cuyo Residente de Obra es el Ing. Jorge Pompeyo Bellido Vílchez con CIP N° 42016.

Durante su permanencia en nuestra empresa, el Practicante ha demostrado capacidad,

puntualidad, responsabilidad y colaboración en el desempeño de sus funciones.

Se expide el presente certificado a solicitud del interesado para los fines que estime
conveniente.
