Alcance del Suministro

Compresor de tornillo rotativo serie AS de una etapa, con inyeccin de aceite con el exclusivo Perfil Sigma de
ahorro de energa.

Motor TEFC de alta eficiencia, con proteccin contra sobrecargas trmicas, aislamiento clase F, factor de
servicio 1.15 y cumplimiento de norma EPAct. Presenta un 150% mnimo de torque, guarda grasa exterior y
conexiones para drenes.

Arrancador Magntico Estrella-Tringulo con panel de control NEMA 12.

Sigma Control Basic, Sistema de control basado en tecnologa de PLC, el cual monitorea las siguientes
funciones:
1. Apagado de emergencia/ puerta abierta.
2. Sobrecarga del Motor.
3. Giro incorrecto de rotacin.
4. Temperatura de descarga del Airend muy alta.
5. Secador refrigerativo de aire (opcional).
6. Entradas analgicas.
7. Temperatura mxima del gabinete excedida.
8. Reserva para uso futuro.
S. Horas de servicio lmite, excedido.

I. Inspeccin de seguridad activada

Filtro de aire de dos etapas de 4 micrones, con pre-separacin de ciclnica y elemento reemplazable.

Dispositivos de proteccin: Vlvula de seguridad, interruptor de emergencia, indicador de nivel de aceite, y

cerraduras de seguridad en puertas de mantenimiento.

Cubierta anti-ruido con paneles revestidos y acabado de alta resistencia con pintura electrosttica. El
compresor est montado sobre una base slida con piso de metal y soportes anti-vibratorios. Incluye
aisladores de vibracin adicionales en el bloque compresor, motor y tanque separador. El equipo es de fcil
mantenimiento por medio de sus amplias puertas y paneles removibles.

Acoplamiento por medio de poleas y bandas en V - Dentadas, con sistema de tensionado automtico.

Secador refrigerativo integrado e interconectado listo para su instalacin, refrigerante R134a libre de
CFC. Punto de roco 38F. Incluye separador de humedad y trampa de drenaje serie Ecodrain. Los
intercambiadores de calor son en acero inoxidable para una mxima durabilidad
