Del movimiento a la tcnica
INTRODUCTION
Existe una manera de ejecutar los seis gestos tcnicos comenzando de un solo movimiento.
Cambios de nivel en el espacio: iniciacin desde el nivel bajo hacia el alto, para no
sobre utilizar la muculatura de sostn.
Iniciacin a partir del centro del cuerpo o que pase por el mismo.
El jugador debe llegar a ejecutar el gesto tcnico sin tener la intencin de hacerlo.
Para llegar a controlar el baln el jugador debe dominar su cuerpo y coordinar las diferentes
partes del mismo.
La idea de base es que el modelo tcnico no es el punto de partida para el aprendizaje de los
gestos tcnicos.
Si un solo movimiento puede desembocar en los seis gestos tcnicos del voleibol, eso quiere
decir que existen puntos comunes entre ellos.

Conoc a Jos en 1990. Fue uno de los entrenadores con los que yo trabaj cuando dirig el
programa de formacin de jvenes jugadores en Noliko Maaseik.
Colaboramos durante 4 aos compartiendo momentos buenos y speros
Siempre he apreciado su dedicacin a su trabajo y su inters en educar a los jvenes juga-
dores.
