3. CASO POSESIVO: Indica relacin de propiedad o posesin. Se da de dos
maneras:
a. Cuando el poseedor no es una persona se usa la preposicin OF: The
window of the house.
b. Cuando el poseedor es una persona se emplea una forma particular
llamada genitivo sajn. Al nombre del poseedor se le aade el s y la
figura en la frase delante del nombre de la cosa poseda.
- Reglas de genitivo sajn:
Cuando el poseedor es uno solo, el orden de la frase es: Poseedor
- s - cosa poseda: Pauls heart.
Cuando el nombre termina en s se le agrega el s: Jacquess hat
(La casa de Jacques).
Cuando los poseedores son varios el orden es: Los poseedores -
cosa poseda.: My brothers clock.

5. PLURAL NOUNS
a. Normalmente se forman los plurales aadiendo -s
b. A las palabras que terminan en -s, -sh, -ch, -x, -z, to se le aade -es.
c. Si terminan en consonante+y, se elimina la letra Y y le
aumentamos ies.
d. Si terminan en-f o -fe, se elimina estas ltimas y se le aade -ves.
e. Existen palabras que siempre son plurales: Glasses, pijamas,
scissors, trousers, clothes.
