Coordinacin y velocidad (sin baln). El jugador realizar skipping
en la escalera y luego alargue de 10 metros en velocidad hasta el cono.<o:p

Conduccin de baln y remate a portera. El jugador ir en direccin
hacia la portera con conduccin de baln, evitar tocar los conos
conduciendo entre ellos y har el remate antes de ingresar al rea. Para
fomentar la competitividad se contabilizarn los goles anotados por cada
grupo, ganar quien anote ms goles.<o:p></o:p></span></li>

Saltos entre aros y velocidad. Con el fin de realizar un trabajo de
fuerza y coordinacin neuro muscular, se ubican 5 aros en los cuales el
jugador saltar apoyando todo el peso del cuerpo en una pierna y saltando
al otro aro, al llegar al ltimo aro el jugador realizar un alargue de 5
metros y se le pedir frenar justo en el cono (desaceleracin).<o:p></o:p></spa

Rondo 4 vs 1. Con la intencin de mejorar el pase y la movilidad, se
realizar un rondo 4 vs 1 en un espacio de 8x8, donde el nfasis ser la
constante movilidad y la generacin de lneas de pase. Cada jugador
actuar de defensor dentro del cuadro durante 1 minuto, ganar quien
recupere el baln el mayor nmero de veces.<o:p></o:p></span></li>

Tringulo de pase y recepcin. En un tringulo donde los jugadores
estn separados 10 metros el uno del otro, se har un ejercicio de pase y
recepcin, en el punto donde inicie el ejercicio debe haber 2 o ms jugadores.
El jugador al pasar el baln debe dirigirse al lugar donde fue el pase, el
jugador que recibe el baln realiza la recepcin y luego el pase en la
misma direccin.<o:p></o:p></span></li>
