the other health benefits of their diet. Williams said in a statement.
The volunteers for this study were recruited at races and through runners' magazines. They
included vegetarians rvho eat no meat, fish or poultry, vegans who avoid all animal products
including dairy and eggs, and omnivores rvho ate all kinds of food.
