Con la finalidad de poner en prctica lo aprendido en el subtema 2.2.1. La tcnica ABC

realiza la siguiente actividad:
1. Descarga, lee y analiza el problema de la empresa LLantiCar
2. A partir de los datos que aparecen en el cuadro A4. Ventas anuales y utilidad,
aplica la tcnica ABC para determinar cules son los productos que la empresa
debe darle prioridad para ser ms eficiente su control de inventarios.
3. Guarda los resultados en un documento de texto con la nomenclatura
INV_U2_A4_XXYZ, y envalo a tu Facilitador(a), para que te retroalimente.

Se clasifican los artculos con base en la participacin porcentual acumulada, en

este caso:

En la clase A se ubican los artculos que la suma acumulada es menor a 80%.

En la clase B se ubican los artculos que la suma acumulada estn entre 80 y 95%, y

En la clase C se ubican los artculos que la suma acumulada sea mayor a 95%.

Por los resultados obtenidos se define que los productos 1,2, 4 y 20 son los productos a
los cuales debe dedicarles mayor prioridad en su control de inventarios. Posteriormente a
los indicados como Clasificacin B y C.
