La serie completa se articula en mas de 70 tamaos con evaporaciones nominales de -12C, -20C, -30C y -40C, con dotacin bsica y una gran variedad de opcionales que nos permite satisfacer la diversidad de exigencias que se pueden encontrar en el diseo de una instalacin frigorca. Entre otros opcionales, cabe destacar: 3 Panel de control con PLC. 3 Vlvula termorreguladora de aceite. 3 Unidades preparadas para trabajar a 60Hz. 3 Alta presin de condensacin. 3 Versin marina. 3 Sobrealimentacin. 3 ... Todos los grupos salen de nuestra factora, alineados y probados para facilitar la integracin rpida de los mismos en la instalacin. Series Hx & Hw La serie HX y HW estn basados en compresores de tornillo series XRV y WRV. Su dotacin bsica incluye: 3 Compresor de Tornillo. 3 Motor elctrico IP23 (disponibles otros opcionales). 3 Separador de aceite horizontal con ltros coalescentes (<10 ppm). 3 Lnea de descarga con vlvula de retencin y vlvula de cierre manual. 3 Lnea de aspiracin con ltro, vlvula de retencin y vlvula de cierre. 3 Circuito de aceite con bomba de aceite (solo serie HW). 3 Enfriamiento de aceite por termosifn (disponibles otros opcionales).

SCREW COMPRESSOR PACKAGES

The whole series consist of more than 70 sizes with nominal evaporations of -12C, -20C, -30C and -40C, with basic equipment and with a wide variety of optionals that enables us to satisfy the diversity of demands that can be found in the design of a cooling installation. Among these optionals, can be highlighted: 3 Panel control with PLC. 3 Oil thermorregulating valve. 3 Units ready to work at 60Hz. 3 High condensing pressure. 3 Marine version. 3 Superfeed. 3... All our units leave our workshops aligned and tested in order to enable a quick and safe installation. Hx & Hw Series The HX and HW series are based on the XRV and WRV motor compressor packages series. Our packages include the following features: 3 Twin screw compressor. 3 IP23 Electrical motor (other types are optional). 3 Horizontal oil separator with coalescent lters (<10ppm). 3 Discharge line with check valve and manual stop valve. 3 Suction line with lter, check valve and manual stop valve. 3 Oil circuit with oil pump (only HW series). 3 Oil cooler by thermosiphon (other types are optional).

ECOPACK, NUESTRO CHILLER COMPACTO

El ECOPACK, equipo de enfriamiento compacto, est diseado para responder a las necesidades de refrigeracin industrial de potencia mediana. Sus aplicaciones ms habituales son las cmaras de conservacin, condensacin de CO2, etc. Las principales caractersticas del Ecopack, en su serie RTAF, son: 3 Enfriamiento de glicol a -10. 3 Veinte tamaos estndar con potencias frigorcas nominales de 100 a 900kW. 3 Recuperacin de calor de aceite. 3 Recuperacin total del calor. 3 Alta eciencia (COP>6) gracias a que los compresores trabajan mecnicamente al 100% de capacidad y a que la unidad se adapta a condensaciones por debajo de las nominales. 3 El refrigerante se encuentra connado y no circula por la instalacin. Adems el diseo compacto favorece a que la carga de amoniaco sea pequea (entre 15 y 100kg). 3 Gracias a su envolvente, se puede prescindir de sala de mquinas y colocar el equipo en el exterior al aire libre. 3 Dispone de sistema de seguridad en caso de fugas que permite la deteccin y neutralizacin del amoniaco. 3 Sencillez en la instalacin. 3 Facilidad de mantenimiento gracias a que todos sus componentes estn accesibles y son fcilmente sustituibles.

YOUR ALL IN ONE COMPACT CHILLER (ECOPACK)

The ECOPACK, that is, the compact refrigeration chiller, is designed to meet the industrial cooling requirements of medium capacity. Typical applications are cooling chambers, CO2 condensing. The main features of RTAF series of are: 3 -10C glycol cooling. 3 Twenty standard models, ranging from 100 to 900kW (nominal capacity). 3 Very high efciency (COP>6) because the compressors work mechanically at 100% of their capacity and because the unit adapts itself to below nominal condensations. 3 Oil heat recovery. 3 Total heat recovery. 3 The refrigerant is conned and does not circulate inside the installation. Besides, the compact design allows very low ammonia charge (between 15 and 100kg). 3 Thanks to its safety housing, there is no need for machinery room and the unit can be placed outdoor. 3 It includes a security system for leaks that enables to detect and neutralize the ammonia. 3 Easy installation. 3 Easy maintenance due to the fact that all its components are accessible and can be easily substituted.
