En un entorno como el actual en permanente cambio, consideramos que la renovacin constante y el aprendizaje continuo son imprescindibles. Somos flexibles, innovadores y sabemos adaptarnos. ORMA Stripping corner facilitates and simplifies formwork erection and stripping of walls in lift shafts or stairs, hollow piers, or any other type of interior walls. It is easier and faster by crane but on those sites where this is not possible, it only requires rotating the spindle clockwise until the corner panel is retracted. With 142 m height and 42 floors, the Premium Tower will be the tallest residential building in Belgium and the first skyscraper built in Brussels since the 70s. Apart from flats, it will also accommodate offices, car park and garages, restaurants, shops, etc. The core of the building has been formed by combining the ATR Self-climbing System with beam-based formwork, as it easily adapts to different situations and geometries. Only 7 days were required to finish one work cycle.
The maximum platform width was 12 m, and narrow platforms and solutions were used for inside shafts. Aluminium modular formwork was used to build the floor slabs. The light panels enabled a quick and easy erection. Two sets of props increased efficiency by being able to recover most of the formwork before hardening of the concrete was completed. The HWS Hydraulic Windshield System has secured the work at the slab edge. Its large selfclimbing screens covered the entire perimeter of the building.

Impulsado por la Confederacin Nacional del Comercio de Brasil, este nuevo complejo de negocios, de 154.465 m, contar con 4 torres de oficinas. Cada edificio, de ms de 17 plantas, dispondr de un amplio hall con techos de doble altura, auditorio, salas de conferencias, zonas de ocio, etc. A lo caracterstico del diseo, hay que aadirle la condicin de construccin sostenible. El edificio ha sido uno de los primeros de Brasilia en recibir el certificado LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, emitido por el Green Building Council. La nueva aplicacin de la Mesa VR, el Cabezal VR SP/EP, se ha empleado con xito en este proyecto. Este cabezal, ms liviano, est diseado para ser utilizado con Puntales SP, con lo que se obtiene una solucin eficiente y a la vez econmica. Las Mesas VR se han utilizado a partir de la tercera planta, en losas totalmente planas, sin interferencias de vigas de cuelgue y perimetrales. Con esta solucin, se ha reducido el coste en mano de obra, ya que en horizontal las mesas se trasladan con el Carro VR y en vertical con gra. Todo ello, sin necesidad de desmontarlas. Para obtener los mejores resultados, se han combinado adems distintos tipos de encofrados. Con el encofrado modular COMAIN, se ha dado forma tanto a los muros como a los pilares. RAPID ha servido como encofrado de losas macizas con grandes vanos. La Escalera BRIO ha facilitado en todo momento el acceso a las diferentes plantas en ejecucin. Por la geometra de esta obra, ULMA ha apostado por los rendimientos y la seguridad del sistema de mesas frente a otros sistemas tradicionales.
Powered by the National Confederation of Commerce of Brazil, this new business complex of 154,465 m will feature four office towers. Por las dimensiones y las irregularidades del terreno, se ha colocado cimbra porticada con T-500. Mtodo de ahorro de material: se ha realizado el montaje del apeo y encofrado de tal forma que, mientras se hormigonaba una fase, en la siguiente se han podido realizar trabajos de ferrallado. Las consolas MT 800 han transmitido parte de la carga directamente a las pilas, sin tener que emplear ms torres T-500.

OLMEDO - ZAMORA: Viaducto sobre el ro Trabancos Perteneciente a la lnea Madrid - Galicia, la longitud total del viaducto es de 875 m. El tramo de 180 m, que sobrevuela la autopista A62, consta de 3 vanos con pilas de 18 m de altura. En este caso, para salvar la va se ha planteado cimbra porticada T-500 en el vano central de 80 m, mientras que en los vanos de los estribos, Cimbra OC cuajada. El canto variable de 3,14 a 6,14 m se ha resuelto con riostras de doble fondo.
