Los cortometrajes navarros seleccionados en la seccin ALTERNATIF no podrn participar en esta seccin. Premio MEJOR CORTICO Premio del Pblico

EDUCACTIF
Para cortometrajes y largometrajes nacionales e internacionales de animacin, ficcin o documental, con formato de proyeccin digital, y con tema social cuyo contenido pueda servir para la formacin de valores en adolescentes. Se prestar especial atencin a los audiovisuales de entidades sin nimo de lucro, ONGs y colectivos sociales, que vengan acompaados de su propia gua didctica. BASES CONCURSO ALTERNATIF

1. LUGAR Y FECHA El XIV Festival de Cine de Pamplona Irueko XIV Zinemaldia est organizado por Navarra de Cine S.L. y se celebrar en Navarra entre el 14 y el 19 de octubre de 2013. 2. CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACIN 2.1 Podrn participar cortometrajes de ficcin, de tema libre, de produccin y/o de direccin espaola. Las pelculas con carcter publicitario, industrial y/o turstico no estarn admitidas en esta convocatoria. 2.2 El formato de proyeccin puede ser en 35mm o digital. 2.3 Se podrn presentar las obras realizadas a partir del 1 de enero de 2012, que no hayan sido inscritas en anteriores ediciones del Festival. 2.4 Las obras tendrn una duracin mxima de 30 minutos. 2.5 No existe lmite de obras presentadas por un mismo autor o autores. 2.6 Las obras se presentarn en su idioma original. En el caso de una versin distinta al castellano, debern estar subtituladas en castellano. 2.7 La proyeccin oficial se realizar en 35mm o en digital en una sala de cine comercial equipada con sonido Dolby Digital, pudindose proyectar la obra en sedes paralelas en formatos digitales dentro de la semana del Festival. La organizacin podr exhibir los cortometrajes seleccionados en los lugares y horarios que considere oportunos. 2.8 La obra podr ser subtitulada mediante sistema de sobreimpresin con videoproyector, y audiodescrita. 3. SELECCIN 4.1 El comit de seleccin del Festival seleccionar las obras presentadas y se lo comunicar a sus autores. Las decisiones del comit de seleccin sern inapelables. 4.2 Las pelculas seleccionadas a concurso debern ser enviadas antes del 13 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2013. En el exterior del envase de la pelcula figurarn: ttulo, autor, formato de ventanilla, tipo de sonido y la direccin donde ha de ser devuelta. Sus decisiones sern inapelables. 5.2 Los trabajos premiados recibirn un trofeo: Premio ALTERNATIF Premio Mejor Interpretacin Femenina Premio Mejor Interpretacin Masculina Premio Mejor Cortometraje Navarro 5.3 Todos los premios excepto el del pblico podrn declararse desiertos. 5.4 Todos los premios son acumulables. 6. COPIAS 6.1 Las copias en DVD de las pelculas seleccionadas pasarn a formar parte del archivo del Festival. La organizacin se reserva el derecho de reproducir las pelculas premiadas en otros proyectos relacionados con el Festival, siempre con previa comunicacin a los autores y en actividades sin nimo de lucro. 6.2 Los productores autorizan la utilizacin de fragmentos de las obras seleccionadas para difusin en cualquier medio de comunicacin (10% del total, un mximo de 3 minutos). 6.3 Los productores de los cortometrajes seleccionados autorizan la utilizacin de las obras para ser exhibidas dentro de la seccin EDUCACTIF del Festival, si la organizacin lo considera oportuno, as como en una muestra posterior al certamen. 6.4 La organizacin no se hace responsable de los accidentes y el deterioro que pudieran sufrir los materiales, aunque se tomar especial cuidado en su manipulacin. 7. ACEPTACIN DE LAS BASES La presentacin de la obra en los plazos fijados supone la aceptacin de estas bases.

Aimed at international short films and feature length films, with digital screening format. It can be fiction, animation or documentary, with a clear social message that could be of educational value for adolescents. 1. PLACE AND DATE The 14 Pamplona Film Festival is organized by Navarra de Cine, S.L., and is to be held in Navarre (Spain) th th from October 14 to October 19 , 2013. 2. CONDITIONS 2.1 For Short film fictions with a Spanish production or direction. Films of a commercial, industrial or touristic theme cannot take part in this group. 2.2 With a 35mm or digital screening format. 2.3 In this group films shot since January 1 , 2012 can be presented as long as they have not been entered in past editions of this Festival. 2.4 The biggest duration of the films will be 30 minutes. 2.5 There is no limit for the number of productions presented by the same author. 2.6 The films will be shown in their original language. If they are not in Spanish, they will have Spanish subtitles. 2.7 The official screening will be in 35mm or digital format in a commercial cinema with Dolby Digital sound. The film could be screened in other places with digital format in Festivals week. The organization could screen the short films selected in different places and hours. 2.8 The film may be subtitled using a superimposing video projection method and audiodescripted. 3. SELECTION 4.1 The selection committee designated by the Festival Organization will be in charge of selecting those films that will go on to participate in the Festival and communicate this selection to their authors. The decision of the selection committee will be final. 4.2 The selected films will have to be sent before September 13 , 2013. On the outside of the packaging must appear the title and the address to where the copy has to be returned. There will be no right of appeal against the decision of the jury. 5.2 The awarded film will receive a trophy. The Festival organization has the right to use the awarded Films in other projects concern the Festival. 6.2 The producers authorize the use of fragments from the selected productions to be broadcast in any media (10% of the total, 3 minutes at lost). 6.3 The producers of the selected works authorize the use of the works to be shown in EDUCACTIF section if the Festival Organization considers it relevant, and in an exhibition after the Festival. 6.4 The Festival organization is not responsible for accidents or damages relating to the materials that may occur, although they will handle them with special care. 7. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES 7.1 The entry of a film implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
