Publicadas instrucciones para el pago de la contribucin que deben efectuar las instituciones supervisadas por la SUDEBAN

En la Gaceta Oficial N 40.005 de fecha 11 de septiembre de 2012, fue publicada la Resolucin N 102.12 mediante la cual se dictan las instrucciones relativas al pago de la cuota de la contribucin que deben efectuar las instituciones sometidas a la supervisin y control de la Superintendencia de las Instituciones del Sector Bancario (SUDEBAN), as como los bancos sometidos a leyes especiales. Establece dicha Resolucin, que la cuota de la contribucin para el segundo semestre de 2012, que debern pagar las instituciones bancarias sometidas a la supervisin y control de la SUDEBAN, as como los bancos sometidos a leyes especiales es del 0,6 por mil del promedio de los activos correspondientes al ejercicio semestral inmediato anterior. La cuota de dicha contribucin para las casas de cambio, los fondos de capital de riesgo, las sociedades de capital de riesgo, los fondos nacionales de garantas recprocas y las sociedades de garantas recprocas es del 0,4 por mil del promedio de los activos correspondientes al ejercicio semestral inmediato anterior. En el caso de las personas naturales o jurdicas que presten servicios financieros o servicios auxiliares a las instituciones bancarias y no bancarias sometidas a la supervisin y control de la SUDEBAN; las compaas emisoras o administradoras de tarjetas de crdito, dbito, prepagadas y dems tarjetas de financiamiento o pago electrnico; las personas jurdicas cuyo objeto principal sea el transporte de especies monetarias y de valores, servicios de cobranza, servicios contables, las arrendadoras financieras y los operadores cambiarios fronterizos, ser del 0,1 por mil del promedio de los activos correspondientes al ejercicio semestral inmediato anterior, una vez que sea emitida la normativa prudencial por la SUDEBAN sobre su funcionamiento, control y sus relaciones con el sector bancario. Administrative Resolution No.102,12 was published in Official Gazette No.40,005 of September 11, 2012. This Resolution provides for the instruction relating to payment of the contribution share imposed on entities subject to the supervision and control of the Office of the Superintendent of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN), as well as the banks subject to special laws. This Resolution establishes that the contribution share to be paid for the second half of the year 2012 by those banks subject to the supervision and control of the Office of the Superintendent of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN), as well as the banks subject to special laws, shall be 0.6 per thousand of average assets corresponding to the immediately preceding sixmonth period. The contribution share for stock exchanges, venture capital funds, venture capital entities, mutual guarantee national funds and mutual guarantee associations, shall be 0.4 per thousand of average assets corresponding to the immediately preceding six-month period. In case of individuals or corporations providing financial or ancillary services to banking and non-banking institutions subject to the supervision and control of the Office of the Superintendent of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN); issuers or administrators of credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, and other financing or electronic payment instruments; corporations whose main business purpose is the transportation of currency and securities, collection services, accounting services, financial lessors and crossborder exchange operators; shall be 0.1 per thousand of average assets of the immediately preceding six-month period, once the SUDEBAN issues the appropriate norms for their operation, control and relation with the banking sector. mensualmente, durante el semestre respectivo. El mismo se cancelar a razn de 1/6 de la suma semestral resultante, dentro de los primeros 5 das hbiles bancarios de cada mes. La cuota de la contribucin a pagar correspondiente al mes de julio de 2012, ser el monto pagado para el mes de junio de 2012, efectundose el ajuste pertinente en el mes de agosto del ao en curso. La presente resolucin entr en vigencia a partir del 01 de julio de 2012 y deroga la Resolucin N 326.11 del 15 de diciembre de 2011, publicada en Gaceta Oficial N 39.821 del 15 diciembre de 2011.
