Crema volteada
Ingredientes:

1 jar of milk ( 1 tarro de leche) 1 can condensed milk (1 tarro de leche condensada) 6 eggs ( 6 huevos) 1 tablespoon vanilla (1 cucharada de vainilla)

8 tablespoons of sugar to caramelize the mold (8 cucharadas de azcar para

acaramelar del molde )

Preparacin

Beat the eggs adding milk and essence of vainilla.Batir this cream on a large pan and bring previously aramelada double boiler until mixture hardens.

Batir los huevos agregando la leche y esencia de vainilla .Batir esta crema sobre un molde grande previamente aramelada y poner a bao maria hasta que la mezcla endurezca.
