1.3. ADJUDICACIN Los antiguos expositores tendrn prioridad en la eleccin de espacio, siempre y cuando se inscriban como expositores en el tiempo y forma sealado por la Direccin del Certamen. Los nuevos expositores elegirn la ubicacin de su stand, una vez adjudicados los espacios de los antiguos expositores, por orden de recepcin de solicitudes. 1.4. PAGOS En el caso de que la EMPRESA EXPOSITORA designe otra entidad para efectuar cualquiera de los pagos relativos a su participacin, deber suministrar todos los datos necesarios de facturacin. Si la entidad designada no se hiciese cargo de los citados pagos en los plazos previstos, la EMPRESA EXPOSITORA har frente a los mismos a simple solicitud de IFEMA.

1.3. ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE

Prior exhibitors may exercise their right to choose their stand location first by accommodating to terms established by the Trafic Management. Once space has been assigned to prior exhibitors, it will be assigned to new exhibitors following the order in which requests are received.

1.4. PAYMENT In the event that the EXHIBITING COMPANY designates another entity to make any of the payments involving its participation, it must supply all of the invoicing information necessary. If the designated entity fails to take responsibility for the aforementioned payments by the foreseen deadlines, the EXHIBITING COMPANY shall be responsible for them upon first request by IFEMA.

STANDS DE DISEO LIBRE / FREE-DESIGN STANDS

1. NORMATIVA
Estas normas especficas se aaden a las normas que, sobre el montaje, se establecen en el Reglamento General de Participacin de Expositores en Certmenes organizados por IFEMA.

2. APROBACIN DEL PROYECTO

Las empresas que opten por la construccin de libre diseo de sus stands, debern enviar su proyecto a la Direccin de Servicios Feriales de IFEMA para su aprobacin, con un mes mnimo de antelacin a la fecha de inauguracin del Saln, antes del 27 de Agosto de 2011

2. STAND PLAN APPROVAL

Companies that opt for stands with a free-design construction must send their plan to the "Exhibition Services Department" for its approval, at least one month before the date the fair opens, before August 27, 2011.

3. DERECHOS DE MONTAJE

4. ENTRADA DE MERCANCAS Y MATERIAL DE DECORACIN

Para iniciar la entrada de mercancas o material de decoracin, es necesario haber satisfecho la totalidad de los pagos por alquiler de espacio y servicios complementarios contratados.

Previous payment of the space rental and of all contracted services is an essential condition to begin introduction of the display goods.

6. ALTURA
La altura mxima autorizada de los stands, en su lnea perimetral, es de cuatro metros (4 m). Para poder elevar paredes, columnas, o cualquier elemento decorativo a una altura superior, ser preciso retranquearse un metro (1 m) hacia el interior. En ningn caso se podr superar, ni por elementos de construccin, ni de decoracin, la altura de seis metros (6 m).

6. HEIGHT
The maximum authorized perimetric height of the stand is four meters (4 m). In order to raise walls or any decorative element higher, it will be necessary to re-set one meter (1 m) towards the interior. In no circumstance can a stand reach higher than six meters (6 m) either for reasons of construction or decoration.

7. Los CERRAMIENTOS CIEGOS perimetrales no podrn ser superiores

al 50% de cada fachada a pasillo. Para hacer cerramientos de mayor longitud, estos debern retranquearse un mnimo de 3 m. hacia el interior y no podrn exceder del 80% de la longitud de la fachada.

7. BLIND PERIMETRAL WALLS cannot be longer than 50% of each

aisle. To do blind walls of a greater length, these must be set back a minimum of 3 m. towards the interior and may not exceed 80% of the length of the side.

8. Ningn elemento de construccin o decoracin podr sobresalir ms

de 50 cm. del permetro del espacio adjudicado, y a partir de una altura mnima de 2,5 metros, ni sobrepasar la altura mxima de 4 metros en permetro. Los focos debern estar dirigidos hacia el interior del stand.

8. Construction or decorative elements may not project over 50 cm.

9. The interpretation and application of regulations in each specific case
