CONECTORS

Son palabras que usamos para unir dos o ms frases o dos palabras dentro de la
misma oracin.
Secuenciadores (Sequencers) Expresa el orden en el que se dan unos
acontecimientos:
Firstly: En primer Lugar
EXAMPLE:
Firstly, you must get a car; then maybe I will think dating you.
Adicin (addition) Se emplean para aadir ideas:
Furthermore: Adems o es ms
Moreover: Adems o es ms
Also: Tambin, incluso
EXAMPLE
I dont like going to the beach in the summer. Its always crowded. Sometimes
people are sitting very close. You can listen to their conversations. You can even
smell their sunscreen lotion. I dont like going to the beach in the summer. In
addition, its always crowded. Furthermore, sometimes people are sitting very close
to you. Not only, you can listen to their conversations but also, you can even smell
their sunscreen lotions.
(No me gusta ir a la playa en verano. Adems, siempre ests llena de gente. Es
ms, a veces la gente se sienta muy cerca de ti. No solo puedes escuchar sus
conversaciones sino que adems puedes oler su protector solar.
Contraste (contrast) Se usan para contraponer dos ideas:

However Sin embargo
Although/ though : Aunque
EXAMPLE
Although I dont like going to the beach in summer, its always crowded, (I still
go).However, sometimes people are sitting very close. You can listen to their
conversations. On the other hand, you can even smell their (lovely) sunscreen
lotion.
(Aunque a m no me gusta ir a la playa en verano, siempre est llena de gente,
(voy igualmente). Sin embargo, la gente a veces se sienta muy cerca. Puedes
escuchar sus conversaciones. Por otro lado, puedes oler el agradable protector
solar). (Tienes que imaginarte a alguien que le encante oler protectores solares.
