COMPUESTOS CERMICOS REFORZADOS: CEMENTO REFORZADO CON FIBRAS

RESUMEN
Se estudio el comportamiento que presentan los materiales cermicos reforzados con
fibras. El estudio se realizo en 6 probetas de aproximadamente 10x10x10 cm fabricadas
a partir de una mezcla de 40% cemento, 60% arena para el material matriz y 10% en
volumen de fibras para el material de reforzamiento. Se realizaron pruebas de impacto y
se midieron las densidades de las 6 probetas con la finalidad de estudiar su
comportamiento al impacto y la influencia del material de reforzamiento.
ABSTRACT
The behaviors of the fiber-reinforced ceramic materials was studied. The study was
performed on 6 samples of about 10x10x10 cm made from a blend of 40% cement, 60%
sand to the matrix material and 10% in volume of fiber for the reinforcement of the
material. Impact tests were performed and the densities of the 6 specimens were measure
in order to study their behavior to impact and influence of the reinforcing material.
