Proceso de Lecciones Aprendidas (PLA) RD 1551/2004 por la que se desarrolla la estructura bsica del Mt Defensa y crea el MOPS y CIFAS. Orden DEF/1076/2005 desarrolla la estructura del EMAD. Instruccin 02/2005 del JEMAD sobre la Organizacin del EMAD
MOPS/J7: Extraer, analizar y difundir lecciones aprendidas de operaciones y ejercicios conjuntos en los que participen fuerzas espaolas, as como de operaciones y ejercicios aliados dentro de sus posibilidades.
