ANTECEDENTES:
Don Juan Cancio Lujan Gutirrez, es propietario del predio Rural de
una extensin superficial de que se encuentra inscrito en la
Partida Electrnica N 11023002, de la Oficina de Registros
Pblicos de la Selva Central.

OBJETO:
El objeto del presente es realizar el Proceso de Independizacin de
rea 55,498.45 m2. para fines urbanos del Predio Rstico Matriz de
383,140.00 m2., con fines de Regularizar la Habilitacin Urbana de
la Urbanizacin Lujan lra. Etapa, ubicado dentro del rea urbana
del CP. San Miguel de Eneas, Distrito Villa Rica, Provincia
Oxapampa.
