SISTEMA TERMOSTTICO CON ANILLO DE RECIRCULACIN THERMOSTATIC CONTROL WITH RECYCLING CIRCUIT Caractersticas
Se puede alcanzar una temperatura constante del agua mediante el movimiento del regulador que ajusta de manera permanente la cantidad de agua caliente y fra, cada variacin de temperatura es corregida casi instantneamente por el elemento termosttico con cera y polvo de cobre. Para evitar el peligro de escaldarse un dispositivo bloquea la salida del agua caliente si fallara la alimentacin del agua fra. La mezcladora termosttica puede ser alimentada mediante cualquier sistema de produccin de agua caliente, incluso con produccin instantnea. En este caso se debe comprobar si la cantidad producida es suficiente para la alimentacin requerida. Si no resulta suficiente se crear un depsito auxiliar de acumulacin desde donde se podr llevar el agua caliente utilizada a la mezcladora. Est equipado con un limitador patentado, para una realizacin ms sencilla del anillo de recirculacin y de particulares compuertas metlicas que son utilizadas como vlvulas de regulacin. El limitador permite un montaje mucho ms barato que el montaje tradicional y sin posibilidad de equivocacin. Limitando a 48 C la temperatura de distribucin del agua caliente sanitaria, ya que la Ley lo obliga, se reduce al mximo la dispersin pasiva de caloras y evita un suministro a temperaturas superiores a lo necesario.

Features
A constant water temperature is obtained by the of a drawer - system that permanently adjusts the quantity of hot cold water, any temperature variations is corrected almost immediately by a wax and copper powder thermostat element. In order to eliminate any risk of scalding, the water discharge is automatically cut off if the cold water supply is interrupted for any reason. Thermostatic control system can bee fed by any system for producing hot water, including instant water heaters. In this latter case however, it is necessary to ensure that the quality of hot water supplied is sufficient for requirements. If it is insufficient, an auxiliary storage tank is created and the hot water for mixer is taken from this. Thermostatic control system also features a patented restrictor that assists the recycling circuit and special gate valves acting as non-return valves. The restrictor makes installation much cheaper than traditional installation and eliminates any risk of errors. As the law states that the temperature of domestic hot water supply must not exceed 48 c, heat loss must be limited as far as possible and the temperature of the water coming out of the taps must not exceed the legal limit.

Dimetro a utilizar
Resulta muy importante establecer las dimensiones al fin de obtener un buen resultado de sensibilidad del mezclador y de precisin de temperatura. Para efectuar un clculo rpido hemos construido unas tablas que tiene en consideracin la tipologa de la instalacin. Estos datos son aproximados, han sido teniendo en consideracin una prdida de carga del 20% y el coeficiente de simultaneidad.

The correct diameter

It is important to choose the correct size in order to ensure good mixer sensitivity and temperature accuracy. For ready reckoning, we have prepared an approximate table 1 that takes account of the type of hot and cold water system. These figure are approximate. A 20% loss of pressure and the coefficient for simultaneous use have already been calculated.

AJUSTE
1. Abrir por lo menos la mitad ms uno de los aparatos que se deban alimentar y con la maneta de regulacin fijar la temperatura deseada leyendo el termmetro. 2. Cerrar todos los aparatos y esperar un momento hasta que el termmetro indique la temperatura del anillo de recirculacin. Con un destornillador regular en el limitador, normalmente la temperatura del anillo debe corresponder con la elegida con anterioridad para el agua mezclada. Es recomendable que en la fase de montaje no abrir el agua caliente antes que la fra para evitar un gran salto trmico en el cartucho

SETTING
1. Turn on at least half plus one of the taps on the fixtures that are to be supplied and use the adjusting knob to set the required mixed water temperature. Read the temperature setting on the thermometer. 2. Turn off all the taps. After a few minutes, the thermometer will show the temperature of the recycling circuit. Use a screwdriver to adjust the restrictor. Normally, the recycling circuit temperature must be the same as the temperature that has been previously set for the mixed hot and cold water. During installation, turn on the cold water before the hot water to avoid subjecting the cartridge to thermal heads.

MANTENIMIENTO
El mantenimiento es tambin sencillo. El cartucho termosttico tiene una duracin ilimitada gracias a sus caractersticas de construccin, por los constantes controles durante su fabricacin y por la calidad de los materiales. Si aparecieran anomalas en su funcionamiento, sera necesario comprobar primeramente la instalacin. La situacin ms frecuente se verifica cuando existen diferencias de alimentacin entre al agua fra y la caliente. Para desmontar el cartucho: Se proceder a quitar la maneta con una llave 24. Se destornillar la tapa. No se separar el cartucho, ser suficiente limpiarlo con cuidado utilizando agua para sacar el material extrao. Comprobar la junta trica de la vlvula y si fuera el caso sustituirla. Si el cartucho presentara mucha cal depositada, ponerlo en un bao con vinagre.

SERVICING
Servicing is also extremely easy. The design of the thermostat cartridge, the repeated checks to which it is subjected during manufacturing and the quality of the raw materials used ensure that it can last for an unlimited length of time. In case of operating faults, check the system. The most frequent problem is a difference in the hot and cold water supply. To disassemble the cartridge, remove the knob and use a 24 spanner to unscrew the cover. Do not remove the cartridge: it s sufficient to rinse it thoroughly with water to remove any foreign matter. Check the oring of the valve and replace it if necessary. If the cartridge has a lot of scale (fur) on it, leave it to soak in vinegar.
