WHY ARE WE MEASURING JOB SATISFACTION?

Job satisfaction is usually measured by various companies to understand - level of productivity, absenteeism and labor turnover.

It has been established that a positive correlation exists between job satisfaction and the level of productivity, absenteeism and labor turnover.

In this project, we studied the various factors that affect the job satisfaction in a company and hence forth their productivity, absenteeism and labor turnover.

In our project, we are trying to find out whether the job satisfaction level of employees of IBM-BPO is equal to the job satisfaction level of employees of VCUSTOMERS-BPO.
