Motivate your employees to reach the goals of the company or be even better,

Every person is selfmotivated to a certain degree, everything else is up to the company;

Every person is unique and has his/her own motivation model that is influenced by numerous factors:

Personal characteristics, that make a person special, unique and appropriate for a certain job; Work characteristics and certain assigments, Organization system Different motivation theories, all connected to each other;

A satisfied need is no longer a motivator, new need occurs to become one.

Hygiene factors (dissatisfiers) and motivators (satisfiers); All connected to each other; Motivators related to the work itself: work succes, rewards,..

Motivation is an art of getting people to do what you want out of their own need. Dwight D. Eisenhower

WAYS OF REWARDING
2) WITH MONEY
Is money a motivator? SALARIES = FIXED + VARIABLE PART
RESPONSABILITY DIFFICULTY PERFORMANCE

* BONUS * AWARD OF PRODUCTIVITY AS A PORCENTAGE OF SALES PAYMENT FOR EDUCATION BONUS FOR EXTRA HOURES

How are workers influenced by the rewarding system?

DIFFERENTLY AT EACH EMPLOYEE! Most common influences: Symbolic Finishing line Instrumental As rein or manipulation

Reward system for Sportina

A group of quickly growing number of companies Achieved a 48% sales growth in last 5 years Comprises of more than 50 brands Exports into 16 countries Utilises three reward systems

Rewards for retail employes

Is for all employees If an employee sells more than the previous month last year, he is rewarded proportionatelly It makes employees work harder and help each other But the shop cant exceed its last year sales indefinitely

Rewards based on turnover

They know for each employee which customers he tended and how much he sold The one who does best gets a day off next month It rewards individually But creates negative competition between employees

Thematic reward system

The shop determines the product The employees try to sell more products of that sort The one who does best gets one unit of that product Each tries for himself But the effectiveness of such reward system is affected by seasonality

CONCLUSIONS
Motivation is influence by different factors Motivation as an important value for workers efficiency. Motivation doesnt need to be costly Rewarding with or without money
