Conclusions
For good health is very important to eat nutritious foods for our bodies, as these give us energy and vitality to carry out activities that occur daily.

Carbohydrates provide energy to more than make up a very important role in the development of neurons, allowing us to develop our brain.

I can conclude that diabetes is a blood disease which is obtained by excess glucose, or sugar, the disease is incurable and should be detected early so that it can look periodically.

Excess fat causes obesity and risk in arteries and veins, as it obstructs the normal flow of blood, while the tissue that produces cholesterol is just as harmful in the normal flow of it.

Vitamins are complex substances regulating metabolic processes in our bodies, which do not provide energy but are important for the growth of our body. 5/2/12

RECOMMENDATIONS

It is recommended to take into account foods consumed daily as these may harm or benefit to our bodies, respectively. Exercise your body through physical activities like exercises to thereby transform all fats into energy. Achieve healthy weight through proper diet and exercise, not only regain our health, but it translates into improving our self-esteem and quality of life.
