Maintain a style that suits your job project elegance. Understand your appearance creates first impressions. Dealing with Questions Anticipate the questions and be prepared to answer it. Listen carefully to what the audiences are asking. If you are not clear, tell them to repeat it. Repeat the question to the audience and answer it. Check whether you answered what they want. If you dont know be polite and honest. Encourage shy or nervous questioner.
