Posee un sistema de Formacin por competencia basada en la capacitacin y certificacin" para gente de mar, bajo estndares ISO 9001:2008. 17 Acuerdos de reconocimiento mutuo de Ttulos de Gente de Mar bajo Regla I/10 del STCW 95 (ISO 9001:2008). (Ms del 60% de la gente de mar peruana trabajan abordo en rutas internacionales Espaa, Noruega, Islas Marshall, Malta, Panam, entre otros) Per is part of the White List Countries. It holds a Competence-based training and certification system for Seafarers under ISO 9001:2008 Standards. It holds 17 MoUs on mutual recognition of STCW 95 licenses. (Over 60% of Peruvian Seafarers work on ships sailing international routes Spain, Norway, Marshall Islands, Malta, Panama, among others.).
