Attend local seminars, conferences and workshops Present the paper in local conferences jointly with a senior colleague then try to present solely. Attend national and international seminars, conferences and workshops

Present the paper in national and international conference. Contribute articles in internal college newsletter/in- house journal. Write a conceptual paper first to begin with then try for a research based paper. Involve your students in these activities so that learning of students take place.
