Tema 1: Frases útiles en inglés para Auxiliar de Farmacia.
Objetivo: Aprender vocabulario y practicar su pronunciación a través
de un vídeo sobre frases más útiles y expresiones de Farmacia que se
usan de forma cotidiana en idioma inglés.
En esta clase atenderás a un video con conversaciones y contextos
donde aprenderás vocabulario esencial en inglés para Auxiliares de

Pharmacist: Hi. How can I help you today?

(Hola. ¿En qué puedo ayudarle hoy?)
Client/patient: I have a prescription I would like to fill.
(Tengo una receta que me gustaría rellenar.)
Pharmacist: Can I see your ID card, please?
(¿Puedo ver su tarjeta de identificación, por
favor?)
Client/patient: Sure. Here you go.
(Claro. Aquí tiene.)
Pharmacist: Thanks. Your prescription will be ready in 15
minutes.
(Su receta estará lista en 15 minutos.)

Pharmacist: Hi. How can I help you?
(Hola. ¿En qué puedo ayudarle?)
Client/patient: I have a bad headache. I need some painkillers.
(Tengo un fuerte dolor de cabeza. Necesito algunos analgésicos.)
Pharmacist: How long have you had this headache?
¿Desde cuándo tienes este dolor de cabeza?
Client/patient: Since this morning. Firstly, It was mild but later on, it
was getting worse.
Desde esta mañana. Primero fue leve, pero luego empeoró.
Pharmacist: Have you taken any medicine?
¿Ha tomado algún medicamento?
Client/patient: No, I haven’t.
No, no lo he hecho.
Pharmacist: What did you eat last night?
(¿Qué comiste anoche?)
Client/patient: I have a pizza and a bottle of red wine.
Comí una pizza y una botella de vino tinto.
Pharmacist: I see. You have to take these two pills twice a day with
food.
Ya veo. Tiene que tomar estas dos pastillas dos veces al día con la
comida.
Client/patient: Are there any side effects of these medicines?
(¿Existen efectos secundarios de estos medicamentos?)
Pharmacist: You will feel sleepy after having these pills. But after half an hour
you will get better.
(Usted se sentirá somnoliento después de tomar estas píldoras. Pero después
de media hora te sentirás mejor.)
Client/patient: Fine. How much does it cost?
(Bien. ¿Cuánto cuesta?)
Pharmacist: That will be 6 dollars.
(Serian 6 dólares.)
Client/patient: Here you go.
(Aquí tiene.)
Pharmacist: Thanks, get well soon.
(Gracias, recupérese pronto.)
