Lead
the council in fulfilling its responsibilities. Prepare and communicate the agenda of the council meetings in consultation with the pastor/s lay leader and other appropriate persons.
Review and assign responsibility for the implementation of actions taken. Communicate to permit informed action at council meetings. Coordinate the various activities of the council. Provide the initiative and leadership for the council. Participate in the leadership training programs as offered by the annual conference and/or district.
MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY

the historical records up to date. Recommend depository of all documents and artifacts collected.

RECORDING SECRETARY
an accurate record of the proceedings and shall be the custodian of all records and reports, and with the presiding officer, shall sign the minutes. Provide the copy of the minutes for the District Superintendent and retain the permanent copy for the churchs files.

NURTURE MINISTRIES
The nurturing ministries of the congregation shall give attention to but not limited to education, worship, Christian formation, membership care, small groups and stewardship. Attention must be given to the needs of individuals and families of all ages.
1. Shall review and evaluate the nurture programs of the church. 2. Shall recommend to the church council program activities vital to the growth of the church.
3. Shall establish programs that will develop the biblical and theological knowledge of the church members. 4. Shall create avenues whereby church members can become mature in their spiritual life.
5. Shall formulate a new or innovative ways in addressing the needs on church life like, worship, giving group, group study and family ministry.

OUTREACH MINISTRIES
The outreach ministries of the church shall give attention to local and larger community ministries of compassion, justice, and advocacy. These ministries include church and society, global ministries, higher education and campus ministry, health and welfare, Christian unity and inter-religious concerns, interreligion, and the status and role of women.

WITNESS MINISTRIES
The witness ministries shall give attention to developing and strengthening efforts of sharing personal and congregational stories of Christian experience, faith and services; communications, lay speaking ministries, and other means that give expressions of WITNESS FOR JESUS CHRIST.
Shall
review and evaluate the witness programs of the church. Shall recommend to the church council program activities vital to the growth of the church. Shall establish programs that will enhance and promote evangelistic fervor of the church.
Shall
create avenues whereby church members can become participators in winning souls for Jesus Christ. Shall formulate new or innovative ways to invigorate the spiritual life of members, enabling them to share and proclaim the Good News as fulfillment of the mandate of the Lord, to make disciples all nations.
COMMITTEE ON LAY LEADRSHIP The charge of this committee is to identify, develop, deploy, evaluate, and monitor Christian spiritual leadership for the local congregation. Members of the committee shall engage in and be attentive to developing and enhancing their own Christian spiritual life in the light of the mission of the church.
committee on lay leadership shall serve throughout the year to guide the church council, or alternative structure, on matters regarding the leadership (other than employed staff) of the congregation so as to focus on the mission and ministry as the context for service.
Guide
the development and training of spiritual leaders; recruit, nurture and support spiritual leaders and assist the church council in assessing the changing leadership needs.
Shall
recommend to the charge conference, at its annual session, the names of people to serve as officers and leaders of designed ministries of the church council or alternative administrative body required for the work of the church and as the law of the church requires or a the charge conference deems necessary to its work.
The committee shall reflect biblically and theologically on the role and the work of the pastor/s and staff in assessing their gifts and setting priorities for leadership and service.
Confer
with, consult, and counsel the pastor/s and staff on matters pertaining to priorities in the use of gifts, skills, and time and priorities for the demands and effectiveness of the mission and ministry of the congregation. evaluation at least annually.

Members of the committee on pastorpastor-parish relations shall keep themselves informed of personnel matters in relationship to the Churchs policy, professional standards, liability issues, and civil law.
Educate
consult on matters pertaining to pulpit supply, proposals for compensation, travel expense, vacation, etc The chairperson of the committee on pastorpastor-parish relations, the chairperson of the board, and the pastor shall make an annual review of the church-owned parsonage to churchensure proper maintenance.

Committee on Finance
The
committee on finance shall deal with all the financial matters of the church. The committee shall focus on how to generate funds and administration of it. Attention shall be given to the responsible stewardship aspect of the church.

regular and detailed reports. Adhere to the financial policies and system approved by the church council. Prepare ledger or books on all funds received and disbursed. Be open and available for audit.

The treasurer is limited only to the following: Makes financial report to the council, committee on finance and charge conference. Deposits collections Disburses funds according to the approved budget and mandate of the church council.
