Introducción
Cada vez a los seres humanos se nos dificulta
más y más poder tener una memoria efectiva,
ya sea para captar información o simplemente
para tenerla en función. Por eso te mostraremos
como tener una memoria efectiva ante la vida
cotidiana y académica
Qué es la memoria?

La memoria es una de las funciones cognitivas más


importantes del ser humano. Permite registrar diferentes
informaciones que llegan al cerebro, almacenarlas y
utilizarlas cuando sea necesario, y también la conexión
temporal de unos sucesos con otros. No existe un solo tipo de
memoria.

Actitud ante los exámenes bajo los efectos de
una buena memoria
La memoria es considerada una de las principales
aptitudes de un buen estudiante, pero la
memorización sin más, meter la información a
presión, repetir una y otra vez, no es útil, y en
muchas ocasiones puede ser el origen de importantes
dificultades en el aprendizaje.

Presentarse a un examen con confianza y un buen


manejo de la información nos puede garantizar un
buen resultado en un examen. Según el psicólogo
Daniel Goleman, muy afamado por su libro
«Inteligencia Emocional» (1995), destaca la
importancia del optimismo en los estudiantes, pues
ser optimistas ayuda a enfrentarse a los desafíos y no
frustrarse ante los posibles fracasos.
