Conclusiones.- Se concluye que, en Mapfre vehicular, tienen mudas que

pueden disminuir aplicando la metodología Six sigma y de ese modo

mejorar sus procesos.

Recomendaciones .- Se recomienda, consolidar de mejor manera sus

funciones dentro de la empresa, ya que el proceso que realizan para

asegurar un vehículo algunas veces se hace tedioso y genera demoras y

una larga espera para el futuro cliente.
