 El mundo natural tiene relaciones complejas con el mundo
del ser humano. En sus inicios, el ser humano sólo fue una
especie más entre muchas de homínidos africanos que, fruto
de las presiones ambientales, se vio obligada a reinventarse
y evolucionar.
 The natural world has complex relationships with the human
world. In its beginnings, the human being was just one more
species among many African hominids that, as a result of
environmental pressures, was forced to reinvent and evolve.
 Los grandes cambios en el modo de existencia humano,
como la Revolución agrícola del Neolítico, o en mucho
mayor medida, la Revolución industrial de la Edad
Moderna, han consistido en nuevas formas de explotar la
naturaleza y transformarla en nuestro beneficio.
 The great changes in the human mode of existence, such as
the Neolithic Agricultural Revolution, or to a much greater
extent, the Industrial Revolution of the Modern Age, have
consisted of new ways of exploiting nature and
transforming it for our benefit.
 Esto usualmente acarrea consecuencias negativas para la
estabilidad del orden natural, cuya transformación a nuestras
