Introducción

El “Taipéi 101” es un edificio de 106 pisos, ubicado en Taipéi capital de (Taiwán).

Actualmente, es catalogado como uno de los rascacielos ecológicos más alto del
mundo, consta de 106 pisos (en donde 101 están por encima del nivel del suelo y
5 subterráneos), su altura total es de 508 metros.

 Historia
En cuanto a su historia, el Taipéi 101 comenzó a tomar forma en enero de 1998 y se
concluyó en diciembre de 2004. La azotea de esta obra arquitectónica fue completada el 1
de Julio de 2003 y la sección de las oficinas fue inaugurada en noviembre de 2004.
El rascacielos ocupó el titulo de “más alto” del mundo desde 2004 hasta 2010. sin embargo,
hasta la actual fecha otros nueve rascacielos lo han superado.

El diseño del emblemático edificio Taipéi 101 asemeja una caña de bambú y de acuerdo con sus
