CONCEPT
An Architectural Translation of the Topographic Contour

The project used the topographic contour feature to informing the shape of the
building to blend it into the surrounding Central Luzon landscape and harmonize
the users and edifices into nature. The selection of the concept is derived from the
mountainous topography of the Central Luzon.
Design Philosophy

“Understanding and embracing modernization with an

open mind at the same time, paying full respect for nature.”

Landscape Concept

Since the main objective of the project is to harmonize the structure

into the mountainous landscape on the site, the proponent took
advantage of this design objectives, and transform it into one of the key
features of the project development.
Structural Concept

The proponent will use the most efficient type of construction for mid-rise
buildings. Post and Lintel is the most appropriate structural concept for the
proposal because of its practical impact on the project budget. Even it’s the project
objective is to build a first-class hotel the proponent can achieve the luxurious
livable space without investing in highly advance yet unaffordable construction.
