The church is a community of people therefore it requires a set of

have their priorities straight. He also says, "The indispensable condition for a growing church is that it wants to
grow and is willing to pay the price for growth,"

"According to your faith be it unto you." Simply put, we cannot do anything unless we believe that we can.

3. Skill in personal decisions


A growing church has a pastor who is comfortable talking with people on a personal level about spiritual things
and who can lead them to a commitment to Jesus Christ.
