the church and the families to be friends. The leaders and the members of the church must do something that will be beneficial. 1. PRAYER SUPPORT • The people in the church and the pastor need to pray for one another. Praying for one another will strengthen spiritual conditions. Specific prayers done by faith receive the answers. People can pray for their leaders, church ministries, services and finances. Lack of cash flow can hinder the work • Spiritual victories are won by those who spend time to pray . 2. FAIHTFULNESS •The pastor must do his work with excellence. To encourage the pastor •D. To grow spiritually 3. LOYALTY •It extends beyond attendance and involvement. Destructive talk about the church will keep others out of the kingdom of God. The pastor should lead the people and teach the loyalty by the way he lives 4. FINANCIAL SUPPORT • The church needs finances and everyone needs the privilege of financially supporting kingdom of God. The pastor must promote good stewardship. EXPECTATION OF THE CONGREGATION TO THEIR PASTOR • 1. That he will preach the Word of God. tales; rather, train yourself to be godly.
