Our Steel Casting foundry unit, Shridhar Steels (Pvt) Ltd is situated at 26Km on Nagpur-Saoner Road,
National Highway 69, Maharashtra-India .

Our unit has installed capacity of 3600 MT / Annum, our product range includes Carbon Steel, Alloy
Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel and Nickel base Alloys castings for the petrochemical
industry, power supply, earth moving, transportation and other engineering industries. We have
stringent quality control system which confirms the product to meet the Indian and international
standard like IS, ASTM, DIN, EN, BS standards or any customer specification.

We specialize in manufacturing of various types of valves Globe, Gate, Chuck, Ball, NRV etc , (size
range: 2” to 52” & class 150 to 3500) and general engineering castings.

COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are in the sector of steel processing since last 25 years and meeting the customer requirement with
great quality and full satisfaction. We have established a new steel foundry unit at Nagpur-Saoner
Road to serve in steel market to meet the global as well as domestic demand for steel.

Our Steel Casting foundry unit has an installed Capacity of 3600 MT / Annum. Our Product range
includes Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel and Nickel base Alloys
castings in various sizes and weights up to 3500Kgs per piece for the petrochemical industry, power
supply, earth moving, transportation and other engineering industries. We have stringent quality
control system which confirms the product to meet the Indian and international standard like IS,
ASTM, DIN, EN, BS standards or Customer specification.

We have all facilities to produce various types of valves and engineering castings. Our highly equipped
and well established production and quality assurance facilities help to utilize the installed capacity of
3600MT/Annum and to produce sound castings. We have a competent team consisting of highly
qualified and experienced technical staff, who can take full charge of supervision of production and
quality of casting.

Steel Melting Shop :

a)1500KW Induction Furnace with two crucibles 4000 Kgs & 1000 kgs Liquid Metal capacity
b) Control of Temp. through Immersion Pyrometer
c) Well laid procedures for Pre-Tap Chemical & Laddle Analysis.
d) Bottom Pouring Laddles 4Ton & 2Ton Capacity

Sand Moulding Facility:

a) Fully Mechanized Sand mix Muller 800 Kgs capacity with Skip Charger, auto
cycle panel and dosing pump.
B) Capacity to mould large size moulds at faster pace

Pattern Making & Methoding:

We have in house pattern making & methoding facility using CAD, CAM

Heat Treatment Facilities:

Excellent Heat Treatment in-house facilities especially for Stainless Steel Casting, Duplex / Super
Duplex & High Nickel Alloy Castings including fast cooling of water & auto control of water
temperature HT Furnaces are calibrated as per API-6D standard.

a) 8 Ton capacity Dual Fired Automated, Auto Cycle Controlled , API 6A

calibrated Heat Treatment Furnace for Tempering/Normalizing Purpose with
an arrangement for automatic multi point temp recording & graph plotting of
various zones.
b) Instant agitated Water Quenching facility for Stainless Steel &Quench Grade
Low Alloy Steel.
Cleaning & Finishing Facilities:
Well established cleaning, Cosmetics & finishing facilities like

Airless fully automatic PLC controlled Shot blasting M/c- capacity 5 Ton,

Sophisticated Gas cutting & Grinding Equipments,

Pickling & Passivation infrastructure are available in-house.

finished products or its chemical, Mechanical and spectrometric analysis NDT facilities strengthens the

 SPECTROMAXx-M Bench Top Optical Emission Spectrometer having Fe, Ni & Al Base with
Nitrogen analysis and SIRCAL rate gas purifier .

 Full fledged Sand Testing Lab facilities.
 Fully Computerized UTM with Extensometer for 0.2 proof stress testing.
