Remark

It is the operation that will affect the user satisfaction to the


existing network. Please note down all the changes you
done and revert back accordingly after the testing.
If failed to do so, warning and punishment will be enforced
Reserved Mode Configuration
1.Start NE management. Right click on “1” and choose
configuration management
2. Right click on “2” .
3. Choose Data batch
4. Click on “4”
5. Insert Site name
6. Tick on the site check box
6. Click on “6”
7. Double click on “7”
8. Find out “ Cell Reserved for operator” and highlight the multiple
sectors you want to change
9. Click on modify
10. Change all the “ not reserved” to “ reserved”
11. Click OK
12. Click “ Save”
13. Click on “Configuration Management
14. Choose “ Data Sync”
15. Untick “ UMTS”
16. Choose “Sync”
17. Key in the passcode
18. Choose “ OK”

Remark “ Please revert back the changes once testing done.


Repeat Step 1 to Step 18.
RET Changes
1. Start NE . Right click on “1”
choose dynamic management
2. Key in the site name
3. Tick the check box
4. Choose query ret tilt
6. Choose the sector that you
want to queried.
7. Click play button
8. Note down the queried RET
for the revert purpose
9. Click on “ Set RET tilt”
10. Choose the sector that you
want to change RET
11. Click on “ play”
12. Insert the RET
13. Click OK
14. Query again the RET to make
sure the RET is changed
successfully
15. After testing, revert back the
RET.
RS Power
1. Start NE . Right click on “1” choose
configuration management
2. Right Click on “2” and choose data
batch
3. Insert Site name
4. Click “4”
5. Double click on “Baseband
Resource”
6. Choose the sector you want to
change
7. After Modify
8. After Modify, click Save button
9. Synchronize all changes ( can refer
to the slide- Reserved mode
configuration)

Remark
When testing L2600 Sector 2,
The RS power can be set as below:
S1: 4
S2: 13.5
S3: 4
When testing L1800 Sector 2,
The RS power can be set as below
S1: shut down
S2: 13.5
S3: shut down
PA & PB Configuration
1. Start NE . Right click on “1”
choose configuration
management
2. Right Click on “2” and
choose data batch
3. Insert Site name
4. Click “4”
5. Double click on “E-Utran
FDD cell
6. Choose the sector you want
to change
7. Click Modify
8. After Modify, click Save
button
9. Synchronize all changes
( can refer to the slide-

The configuration of PA , PB and RS power
can be referred from the table
Start NE . Right click on “1”
choose configuration
management
Right Click on “2”
and choose data
batch
Insert Site name
Click “4”
Double click on “DL
Power Control”
Choose the sector
you want to change
Click Modify
After Modify, click
Save button

Start Up Cell & Shut Down Cell
1. Start NE . Right click on “1”
choose dynamic
management
2. Key in the site name
3. Choose Immediate Shut
Down
4. Choose the sector that you
want to shut down.
5 . Click play button
6. Key in the passcode and OK
1. Start NE . Right click on “1”
choose dynamic
management
2. Key in the site name
3. Choose Start up cell
4. Choose the sector that you
want to shut down.
5 . Click play button
Data Pump
1. Start NE
2. Start NE
4. After started, choose
“system tool”
5 . Click on system tool and
type “ showhide”

5. Change to “Super User”
6. Right click on “ IMSI MTS”
And choose new task
7. Insert the task name
8. Choose ZTE EPC
9. Insert the fixed IP address
10.44.32.63
10. Insert the IMSI number
that provided from the DT
operator
11. Click on the “+” symbol
12. Click on setting and choose
“ Corba”

13.Let the test team do
download first. When the ip
throughput is stable. Ask test
team the UE IP. Click the
"ToolPerf" button.Click open
packet.
14.type in the UE IP from the
test team.
15.Change the Packet Num to
100000000.
16.Change the DITPut(Mbps) to
400.
17.Choose the End time. This
can be setting the next day.
Otherwise when the time is end.
Perf will stop.
18.Click synchronize Task. Perf
start.
19. After the testing operation, it
is the must to stop the task to
prevent resource wastage.

consistently more the 1%,
please snapshot and escalate
