ROUTINE
Have an exercise routine.
for good health in general, exercise is the best
ally of our organism. Constantly practicing
physical activities will help us to have a better
physical condition, to have a balanced weight,
a healthy skin and prevent from many
illnesses, it is recommended to make a routine
of 30 minutes a day.

Reduce fat intake.


Most people consume excess fat and do not get to
imagine the great damage they do to your body. Fried
foods, junk food, flours, among others, contain saturated
fats or trans fats which will eventually severely affect
health; It is recommended that this type of meal be
removed from the diet and replaced with foods with
good fats such as omega-3 fatty acids.

Include more fiber-rich foods in


the diet.
Fiber consumption is ideal to
maintain good health, many
foods contain good fiber and
thus help us to prevent diseases
like diabetes and obesity; In
addition to this is ideal to
maintain a good weight, reduce
cholesterol and improve the

Sleep well
Sleep is vital to the proper functioning
of our organism and therefore we
should not ignore. It is recommended
to sleep at least 8 hours a day without
interruption because through the rest
our body recovers the forces losses
during the daytime and performs many
functions that keep us with energy and
health.

Maintaining a balanced weight


rather than aesthetic beauty, having a
balanced weight is vital to enjoy good
health. Obesity is a great cause of
heart disease, circulatory, muscular,
among others, and therefore we must
take care of the ideal balance of our
weight.

Having a diet rich in vegetables, fruits


and fibers is ideal for a good weight,
plus this should be exercise and drink
at least 2 liters of water a day.

Reduce stress
All at some point we get to go through times of stress
due to situations that are tense and uncomfortable.
This type of problem must be controlled in time
because it can become a disease that will affect
physical and emotional health badly.

Having situations of stress constantly deteriorates your


health and prevents you from enjoying your life. It is
recommended to learn to manage situations, avoid
alterations, discussions and always keep positive mind;
In addition to this, rest and activities outside the
routine are also ideal.

Drinking water
Drinking water every day will help us to have a better
functioning of our body and good health. The consumption
of water facilitates digestion, eliminates toxins,
accelerates the work of the metabolism, keeps healthy the
skin and hair, among others.

It is recommended to take 2 glasses of water on an empty


stomach and another 6 glasses of water during the day to
complete a total of 8 glasses of water daily.
Avoid negative habits
Avoid excessive consumption of caffeine and / or energy
drinks. If you are a smoker you better start to stop this
habit if you do not want to affect your health, you should
also avoid the consumption of alcoholic beverages and any
type of drug or stimulant.
