To interest more people, we can introduce black room workshop.
The workshop starts with a room with lights off. Initially, participants are
hesitant to speak in front of an audience, lights will be off so that audience
is not visible.
With each upcoming session, as the confidence level of participant rises,
intensity of light will be increased.
More Ideas

Wall of wishes: The participants can write their goals or wishes on sticky
notes and stick it together on a specific wall along with a progress map
where the participants can track their daily progress and set goals.
To lure more students, referral services can be used. If someone you refer
joins, you get a voucher.
People can come in groups, bigger the group more incentives can be
given

A video series on how the toastmasters session is conducted and the


experiences of the participants and the alumni who were previously a part
of toastmasters.
People tend to come to events which sound fun. We can introduce a dress
theme. For example you have to dress as the mood that best describes you
and the participants can discuss about the aforementioned theme.
New Idea Pitch

In the corporate world, non verbal communication is as important as verbal


communication. Therefore, to encourage non verbal communication, we
can conduct sessions on improving the participants body language.
A way of doing this can be dumb charades. the participants can act out a
topic and the others have to guess out his opinion. This would encourage
non verbal communication in the participants and help them connect with
each other better.
Also, role playing games and acting workshops can be conducted to help
the candidates be more comfortable with themselves.
