To set the goals is to find what the most prioritized things do you want to happen in your life
either to get life improvement or to deal with problem you have.

Your goals should be clear, doable, motivating and valuable


Grounded in your deepest values. You must have a clear idea of what s important to you and
the kind of person you want to be
Each goal should be divided into different tasks
Physically and morally possible
No conflicting but harmony or balance from one life area to another
Consistent and complementary
