All affairs of creatures in the affairs of universe,

(is not attracted to) my vision, my chest, my hearing and my utterances.

Sheikh(RA) mentioned that the whole of the universe and anything of it are not in his seeing ,
is not in his heart, nor in his hearing and not what he utters. What concerns sheikh(RA) and
captures his seeing, hearing, mind and utterances is going to be mentioned in the second couplet.

My pen and my person are indeed in service of saluting him(Muhammad SAW),

It is by saluting the Messenger of Allah(SAW) I am raised high and make amend.

The pen of sheikh (RA) is dedicated to writing poems in honour of the prophet(SAW) and he himself
spent almost all his time reciting salutation(salat) to the prophet(SAW)
Shaykh Ibrahim (RTA) was recognised internationally for his unprecedented efforts. Among the
numerous awards given to him for his exceptional service to humanity include: 1.Medallion of the
Throne (Morocco), 2. Medallion of the Republic of Tunisia, 3. Medallion of Nigeria, 4. Legion
dHonneur (France), 5. Medal of Merit of the society of Ancient Warriors (France), 6. Grand Croix
(Senegal), 7. Honorary doctorate degree from Libya; all resulting from spiritual effect of salat to the
prophet(SAW) that raises Sheikh(RA) and makes his character so remarkable.

Splendid and handsome is his nature, as mentioned by his Lord,

Bringer of good and Warner of bad (is my) master , the honest and trusted.

The holy Quran stated that And Lo! Thou art of best character. Quran 68 4.
The prophet(SAW) is nicknamed Al-Ameen (The trustworthy) by Meccan because he never
tells lie.
The prophet(SAW) warns this society against all things that will harm the society and
encourages it on all things good. He transformed the wildest and barbaric society of his time, the
Arabian peninsula into a civilized and well behave one.

My beloved and mentor on the realm of eulogizing,

Flooding on the damsel heart that shred (with love).

Sheikh(RA) mentioned in one of his majlis that the holy spirit of the prophet(SAW)and that of
sheikh Ahmad Tijjani(RA) kept a strict watch on him making sure he did not err.
Sheikh(RA) likens his heart like a damsel who first experienced love, it is shred in yearning of
the one loves.
Quran 3:31 says, Say (O Muhammad, to mankind & Genie): If ye love Allah, follow me;
Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. Allah is forgiving , Merciful

If only my(human)limitations, (I could have express)how is my covenant with him,

For on him with me is a covenant documented.

Sheikh(RA) is in sympathy of his human weakness that he was not among the companion of
the prophet(SAW) as he was not born then, when they took covenant to defend the
prophet(SAW) even if it will cause them their lives. Covenant of Aqaba, Hudaibiyya are some of
it.
Sheikh(RA) stills holds covenant with the prophet(SAW) and sticks to it.

I vowed to him by the Divine Essence, that I love him,

Pure adoration that is modelling and unlocking me.

Safwan ibn Qudama said "I emigrated to the prophet and went to him and said, 'MESSENGER OF
ALLAH, I LOVE YOU' He said, 'A man is with the one he loves'" Sunna of Tirmidhi, Vol. 4, page 23
Sheikh (RA) rose to the elevated position of the custodian of the flood which sheikh Ahmad
Tijjani(RA) the patron-saint of Tijjania Sufi order predicted his coming," The: spiritual flood will come
in the hand of my disciple then people will be initiated into our Sufi order en masse. This spiritual flood
will come when people are in great difficulties. Allah raises Sheikh(RA) to that position when people
are recovering from second world war and Africa is plagued by invasion by colonialists. It was
estimated that about sixty million Muslims were initiated into Tijjania Sufi order due to advent of
Sheikh(RA)

You(Muhammad SAW) is a direction face by all that exist and where they look,
And you are the gate to reaching the Reality (God).

The holy soul of the prophet(SAW) is the first to be created and stands between creatures and
the creator.
The prophet(SAW) is the only creature that passed the lote-tree of the uttermost boundary
above the seventh heaven, getting access to the Divine proximity and secrets never known by
any, but God. Quran 53:14

And you(Muhammad SAW) is the seal to prophets, and there shall be NOT,
A prophet after Mustapha(SAW), the master of the universe.

Quran 33:40 says, Muhammad is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger
of Allah and the seal of the Prophets; and Allah is aware of all things.
Anyone that claims being a prophet after him(SAW) is a liar as the last ministry of God ends with
him(SAW). However, many false prophets did emerged after him, some even during his lifetime,
Musaylama was one of such. He claimed receiving revelation from God also. One of the purported
revelation goes as follow:
O Frog,
Croak as you Croak;
The Bottom of you is in Dirt;
And the top of you is in Water;

Musaylama, the false prophet, assume on himself (prophethood),

(He) wants to share with him(Muhammad SAW) on the affairs that is genuinely
announced (to be for Mustapha SAW)

In the later part of the prophet(SAW) mission, Musaylama bn Habib falsely claimed being a
prophet also sent by God and he wrote to the prophet(SAW) letter: From Musalama the
Messenger of Allah to Muhammad the Messenger of Allah. Salutations to you. I have been
given a share with you in this matter. Half the earth belongs to us and half to the Quraysh,
but the Quraysh are people who transgress. the prophet(SAW) replied him: In the name of
Allah. From Muhammad the Messenger of Allah to Musaylama the Liar (al-Kaddhab).
Salutations to whoever follows guidance. Lo! The earth belongs to Allah. He gives it to
whoever he wishes from His servants. And there Hereafter is for the virtuous.

Then my Lord aided the truth and put an end to the opposite (false prophethood of
Musaylama),
And had it been He(God) wishes Truth will enlightens (All) people of aberration.

Muslim troop defeated Musaylama, the false prophet in the battle of Yamama under the
Muslim General, Khalid bn Walid(RA). Defeat of Musaylama put an end to emergence of false
prophets in the Arabian peninsula which was once a threat to rapid expansion of Islam.

He(Muhammad SAW) has done his uttermost best in his sublime call (to Monotheism),
But my Lord is the sole Marshall of affairs of the universe(and He wishes some will not
heed the call).

The prophet(SAW) spent 23 years of call to monotheism, resisting all forms of persecutions
from enemies of monotheism, giving up his 24 hours to the mission leaving no hour for himself.
Quran 81:28-29, establish that unless God has graced one with guidance, one cannot heed the
call.

He(Musaylama) became prime(in his claim), then Allah neutralises his snare,
And survives only what benefits creatures , with full glamour(Muhammads
mission).

Abu Bakr(RA) took the leadership of Islamic state when the Prophet (SAW) died and
sent Ikrimah(RA) with a small army to contain, but not attack, Musaylimahs amassing forces.
Instead, Ikrimah attacked and was soundly defeated. Again, Abu Bakr sent Shahrabil(RA) for
the same purpose, but Shahrabils army also engaged and was also defeated. This gave
Musaylimahs forces the reputation of being invincible after all, they just defeated two Muslim
armies!
Abu Bakr(RA) had to sent full army under disciplined general, and he appointed Khalid bn
Walid(RA) to the task, and after a fierce battle that recorded heavy casualty at both sides, the
false prophet was killed in a garden he named Garden of God, which turned into Garden of
Death.

And the Quareish tribe(of Mecca) disbelieved him(Muhammad SAW) and attacked
him,
Then the sword of truth tore apart trouble-makers(The Quareish tribe).

The Muslim army consisting of only 313 infantry soldiers, that are not well armed, with some
of them only carrying sticks defeated Quareish 700 Calvary and about equal number of infantry,
all heavily armed soldiers in the plain of Badr. This defeat caused Quareish so much anxiety that
Abu Lahb who did not participate in the battle died of stroke when the news came to him.

Confederates gathered (on) disbelieving him(Muhammad SAW) and fighting him,

(Still) Knowledge of the Truth spread to each (mind) ready to accept the truth.

After the defeat of the Quareish in the plain of Badr, they raised confederate army from all
neighbouring towns to put final end to the life of Muhammad(SAW) and his mission, an army of
three thousand skilled foreign fighters. The confederate army met the Muslim troop at mount
Uhud, even though they inflicted heavy casualties on the Muslim army, yet they have not
consolidated that victory by ending the life of Muhammad(SAW), they could not sack Medina,
the Muslim capital. Muhammad(SAW) mission and life continues after the battle and tactically a
defeat to the confederates.

 Fifteenth Couplet

Galloping on Colt (toward him) hurting him until(gradually subliming and),
they became friendly soften-minded and guided and so is every debase
(among them).

The confederate army coming for the life of prophet Muhammad(SAW), because of
insubordination to the instruction of the prophet(SAW) by the 50 infantry(archers) placed
on Mount Rumah to put rear defence to the Muslim army, who failed and abandoned their
post due to greed of booty; the confederate army galloped from the rear through mount
Rumah and inflicted heavy casualties on the Muslim army. They broke the prophets(SAW)
teeth and cut his forehead.
The two confederates general, Khalid and Ikrima that lead the deadly assault on the
Muslim army, later were touched by the light and became Muslim and Muslim army
generals.

O! Lord, make me follow the path (set by) Muhammad(SAW),

And O! Lord, aid me against any striking foe.

Guide us to the straight path. Quran 2:151.

Guidance to the straight path is of two types:
Tawfeeq:- God opens the mind and it becomes ready to accept Islamic monotheism with
no resistance, whenever it comes across it.
Irshad:- the mind to becomes touch by the call of a prophet(AS) or saint(RA) to Islamic
Monotheism.

O! Lord give me certainty(on faith) and envision our hearts,

And so are my companions, lovers and anyone on our line.

The prayer to be Sheikh(RA) himself, the blessed companions and lovers then anyone on the
line of Islamic monotheism to the end of time.

For the sake of the prophet of The Real, and his companions,
May the benedictions (of God) forever be with him(SAW) and solace .

Sheikh(RA) finishes the poem with a prayer, he himself doing Tawassul with the prophet(SAW) as
did early prophets(ASA) did.
The prophet(SAW) on the authority of Umar(RA) said When Adam committed his mistake he
said: O my Lord, I am asking you to forgive me for the sake of Muhammad. Allah said: O
Adam, and how do you know about Muhammad whom I have not yet created? Adam replied, O my
Lord, after You created me with your hand and breathed into me of Your Spirit, I raised my head
and saw written on the heights of the Throne: LAILAHA ILLALLAHMUHAMMADUN
RASULULLAH. I understood that You would not place next to Your Name but the Most Beloved
One of Your creation. Allah said: O Adam, I have forgiven you, and were it not for Muhammad I
would not have created you.
