future indebtedness owed to any Person ()

T.M.: El Prestatario no paga el monto principal o cualquier inters de alguna deuda

presente o futura a cualquier Persona ()

MODULACIN

2. T.O.: The obligation of the Borrower hereunder shall, notwithstanding any judgment
in such Other Currency, be discharged only to the extent that such judgment
amount is paid to the Lender.

T.M.: Se eximir la obligacin del Prestatario de acuerdo en el presente contrato, sin

perjuicio de cualquier sentencia en cualquier Otra Moneda, slo hasta que se
pague el monto de la sentencia al Prestamista.
