Conclusion and Recommendations
Claire green was a good leader. The idea she brought was good but
the approach was bad. She was suppose to contact a meeting to
inform people about her views then hear people if they will be
happy with the idea or come up with an alternative.

Freda and brian were good managers but after enlarging their
business they were suppose to recruit other staff to help in
managing the company to stratify customers, especially financial
department. Mr bradley the outside accountant would have been
recruited permanent.
They were suppose to improve technological system of the
company.

Organisations need to have a formal structure.

This helps to distribute tasks into different groups to

ensure that no two or more people

Are on the same tasks or are working on the same

project

Because organisations can not run without people, it

tends to create different informal structures or
environments that leads to different attitudes,
perception, behaviour and traits.
