Agenda 2030 and Climate Change

Preamble 2030 Agenda: identifies climate change as one of
the greatest challenges of our time, stresses that its adverse
impacts undermine the ability of all countries to achieve
sustainable development (para 14)
Goal 13: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its
impacts.
Reference to climate change is also included in some other
goals targets, e.g.: goals 1, 2, 7, 11
Integration of climate change into all relevant sectors
remains a challenge for in-country policy makers
