MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUES

INTRODUCTION
Organic fertilizer is the result of decomposition of
organic material by micro-organisms in the form
nutrients needed by plants. Eg compost, manure ,
and green manure. Compost or manure has long
known and used, but only limited use as it is, not
until the efforts to improve the quality of compost
and manure it. Assembled alternative fertilizer
technology began to be entrenched in our society,
namely composting efforts by using bioactifator
which was already quite a lot in the market, such
as the EM-4, stardek/ Starbio, CM, etc..

THIS IS DONE CONSIDERATION OF


FARMERS, AMONG OTHERS:
To obtain manure in large quantities which are
ripe is not easy.
Planting green manure does not always succeed,
because the objection of the farmers if they have
to sacrifice some land for green manure crops.
Add value to the manure so that the compost
with better quality.
Reduce dependence on artificial fertilizers.

MAKING COMPOST WITH


BIACTIVATOR CM
CM (Crops Microbe) containing gram positive
bacteria that can live in the root surface which has a
clear strain-specific and controlled. Bacteria that are:
Baccillus chitinosporous, which produce metabolites
capable of chitinase enzyme to destroy, break down
and digest chitin substances contained in nematode
eggs, skins of insect, insect of larvae and pupa.
Bacillus subtillis and Bacillus pumulus that produce
metabolites which inhibit fungi (fungi).
Bacillus lateporous producing specific metabolites
(auksin and giberelin)capable of stimulating the
seeds, roots, stems, flower, and fruit.

CM ITSELF THEREFORE THERE ARE 3

THE TECHNIQUE OF MAKING


COMPOST:
For each hundred pounds of compost materials
needed materials as follows:

Manure/ straw:100 kg

Sawdust: 20 kg

Bran: 2 kg

CM: 50 cc

Drops of sugar cane/ sugar solution: 100 cc

Water: 25 liters

Nutrition: taste

HOW TO MANUFACTURE:

1,2,3 materials are mixed until evenly distributed.


Materials 4,5,6, and 7 dissolved in water (material 6).
Solution sprayed at point b on the dough (a mixture of a
point a) until homogenous.
The dough is made mound.
Dough covered with plastic for 4-5 days, and every day the
dough is mixed and turned over and covered with a plastic
back.
Decomposition process took place was marked with
increasing temperature.
Result compost successfully with a sign saying:
. Held not sticky
. No smell and not heat
. More colors black/ gloss

MANUFACTURING FLOW:
In addition to composted CM can also be made
for watering the flow. As for how to make are as
follows: (for manufacture of flow 10 liters)
Material:

Water: 15 liters

HOW TO CREATE A FLOW IS AS

Manure is placed in a bucket, and poured 15


liters of boiling water and allow to cool/ slightly
warm.
The solution is filtered liquid is taken, and set
aside in the bucket.
After chilling, input bran, sugar solution, CM
and nutrition and stirred until homogeneous.
That the oxidation of input devices (aerator tank)
for 4-5 days, and after that can be used on
plants.
At first the flow sprayed diluted 200 times(1 liter
flow of water mixed premises up to 200 liters).

MAKING PESTICIDES ORGANIC (EM4)


Material

HOW TO MAKE:

These five ingredients are mixed and put in


bottles/ cans are closed.
Done shaking the bottle every morning and
afternoon.
In each shuffle and then close the bottle is
opened to release gas the formed during
fermentation.
Shaking stopped after there was no gas is
formed (approximately 15 days).
Let stand for 7 days before used on plants.
To use mix from 5 to 10 ml for every 1 liter of
water.

RESULT
The use compost and regular flow makes plants
healthy and productive plants because of grampositive bacteria will be able to beat competition
and bacterial pathogens in the roots so the plant
remains supply nutrients, since gram-positive
bacteria capable of remodel-bound nutrients in
the soil particles strongly to nutrient in clusters
and ready to use hormones to grow metabolites
generated through a will stimulation growth of
roots, stems, leaves, flower and fruit.
