Polticas de Salud
Es una labor del Minesterio de Salud formular y fijar las politicas de salud en nuestro pais.
Objetivos: Abordar determinantes sociales y factores de riesgo de mayor prevalencia; trabajo
intersectorial en polticas pblicas; desarrollo de redes asistenciales y servicios de calidad que
permitan promocin, prevencin, curacin y rehabilitacin; disminucin de las inequidades.

Polticas de Alimentacin y Nutricin

Estan enfocadas en la promocion de la alimentacion saludable, prevencion de la obesidad y
ECNT relacionadas con la dieta.
Son desarrolladas por el Minesterio de Salud y estas apuntan a modificar el entorno, asi como
tambien existen politicas individuales relacionadas con la alimentacion y nutricin.
Polticas, estrategias y programas destacados:
Leyes, normas y regulaciones: Ley 20.606 sobre etiquetado de alimentos y publicidad.
Acuerdos sobre reduccion de nutrientes criticos: Acuerdo con FECHIPAN y ASACH.
Programas de vigilancia y ficalizacin: nfasis en inocuidad y composicin de alimentos.
Programas de intervencion en obesidad: Programa Vida Sana que abarca de 2 a 60 aos.
Programa Nacional de Alimentacion Complementaria: PNAC Y PCAM.
Planes de promocin de Salud: Desarrollo de Comunas Saludables.
Guias alimentarias para la poblacin: Desarrollo del Plato Alimentario.
Campaas de medios masivos: Apoyo a las estragias de promocion de vida saludable.

Referencia: Manual del programa de transferencia de fondos desde la
JUNJI a entidades sin fines de lucro que creen, mantengan y/o administren
jardines infantiles. JUNJI. 2016.

Programa de alimentacin parvularia

(PAP)
Beneficio otorgado por la JUNAEB en el cual destina recursos para la alimentacin de los prvulos
asistentes a jardines infantiles creados, administrados o apoyados por la JUNJI.
BENEFICIARIOS DIRECTOS

EMPRESAS PRESTADORAS

Prvulos atentidos en los niveles de sala cuna

menor, sala cuna mayor, medio menor, medio
mayor,
transicin
y
heterogneo
en
concordancia con su tiempo de permanencia en
el establecimiento.

Deben proporcionar una alimentacin saludable

y nutricionalmente adecuada.

Jornada completa
Tres comidas diarias:
- Desayuno.

Almuerzo.

- Once o colacin.

Cubre Aproximadamente el 60% de los

requerimientos nutricionales
de los
prvulos.

DIRECTORA DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO Y ENCARGADA DEL PAP

Son las responsables de asegurar que el PAP funcione en las condiciones ptimas, y en caso de
presentarse situaciones especiales son las responsables de tomar las acciones correctivas
correspondientes.

BENEFICIARIOS DIRECTOS
Nios menores de 6 aos con diagnstico nutricional de riesgo de desnutrir.
Nios menores de 6 aos con diagnstico nutricional de desnutricin.
PLAN DE INTERVENCIN ESPECIAL
1 consulta nutricional.
Ingreso al PNAC de refuerzo.
2 consulta mdica.
2 consulta nutricional* (slo en DN de riesgo de desnutrir)
3 consulta nutricional* (slo en DN de riesgo de desnutrir).
ACTIVIDADES COMPLEMENTARIAS
Refuerzo de lactancia materna.
Potenciar clnicas de lactancia materna.
Educacin alimentaria individual o grupal (pautas de vida saludable).
Derivar a asistente social: condicin socioeconmica o familiar relacionada con diagnstico
Derivar a especialistas (nivel 2) sospecha de patologa asociada a diagnstico.
Solicitud de exmenes, si el mdico lo considera necesario.

Este programa, trata y previene la malnutricin por exceso en dos niveles diferenciados:
PREVENCIN PRIMARIA

PREVENCIN SECUNDARIA

Beneficiarios: Nios menores de 6 aos con

diagnstico nutriconal eutrfico con riesgo de
malnutricin por exceso.

Beneficiarios: Nios menores de 6 aos con

diagnstico nutricional de malnutricin por exceso
(sobrepeso u obesidad).

Objetivos

Objetivos:

Incorporar
estrategias
metodolgicas
interdisciplinarias que generen un impacto en las
conductas y estilos de vida, en los nios menores
de 6 aos bajo control.

Realizar actividades descritas en la norma tcnica

para contener el avance y disminuir los niveles de
obesidad infantil.

Normalizar la velocidad de incremento ponderal

individual.
Prevenir el desarrollo de ECNTs.
