Implementation

Background
Currently PT. SMART is in the process of E2E Project road map, and
the target to implement is January 2017. As per direction from
management, E2E Project suppose to cover the End to End process
for all Upstream, Downstream and Corporate. Since the scope will
cover all line of business for the consolidation, we need to have the big
picture in company wide.
The latest hot topic are about Parallel Currency and New GL
implementation which suppose to be implemented before the E2E
implementation, as they will have a significant impact on data
preparation and data availibity. We also need to have a strategy on
how to minimize any kind of redudancy process during this data
preparation.

Objective
To support E2E project with necessary information in
Budget Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
Requirements :
New Enterprise Structure will follow the recommendation
of E2E project : Naming convention in system, New GL
& Trading Partner PCA.
