REAL STORY...
First I was dying to finish my High School and start college
And then I was dying to finish my college and start working
And then I was dying to Marry and have children
And then I was dying for my children to grow old enough
So I cold go back to work but then
I was dying to retire
And now I am dying.....
And Suddenly I realised I forgot to live
Please dont let it happen to you
Appreciate your current situation and enjoy each and

every moment you have

One well known fact cannot be denied

What is Holistic Health Care

Holistic health care is a lifestyle approach.
The holistic approach goes for beyond the mind-

body connection of finding and maintaining

wellness.
Overall Wellness and Wholeness is highly valued
All parts of persons life ( Physical healing, mental
health and wellness, emotional well being and
spiritual beliefs and values ) are considered.
Taking a holistic approach involves seeking the
tools that will help us attract our desires and find
personal power.

Wholeness within his own being, soon learns

the importance of tending to relationship,
caring for the planet and our environments
having compassion for human kind in general
and accepting and tolerating differences
among a diverse population of people.

Role of Holistic Health care

and Wellness
The holistic health care recognises that our discomforts

or pains are merely symptoms of an imbalance.

The imbalances could be a physical issue, the result of
abusing, or the imbalances maybe the result of mental,
emotional, spiritual need not being met.
No aspects ( Mind, Body, Spirit, emotions) of a person is
overlooked when an holistic health care is sort.
The holistic health care looks at the Whole person in
order to make his/her complete evaluation and uses all
informations gathered before suggested treatments to
the persons are offered.
